INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. sundried tomatoes
  • 4 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. Caesar dressing
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped thyme leaves
  • Little gem lettuce (or romaine hearts), for serving
  • baguette, sliced and toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients, aside from the lettuce and bread, in a large bowl until evenly combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and starting to turn golden about 20 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with toasted bread and lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bacon (6-8 slices), crumbled
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions and mix until they’re totally combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to a round baking dish and place in oven.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is totally melted and dip is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and serve with chips or toasted bread.
