The Fat Badger is a locally owned Canadian pub in downtown Regina.

Regulars and tourists come to enjoy magnificent local and worldly beers, in a convivial atmosphere to enjoy, and a plate of wholesome food to tuck into in a locally owned cozy pub.

Keeping alive the traditions of Regina pub life, it is a good place for that time-honored pub activity: conversation and live music.

A Work In Progress

Written by Gluten Free Regina: Insight, feedback, suggestions…We would love to hear all of these from you!

Hey awesome people! Building a website of this magnitude is an endless task.  I would love for it to be more of a community. If you know of any restaurants to be reviewed, or wants to send info, let me know. I would love feedback, and comments on the restaurants, good or bad.  Send me your ideas, tell me what you wanna see on here. I think Regina has some of the most accommodating restaurants when it comes to being a celiac, so if you have praise be sure to send it on. As well we need to know where its not safe to eat for the rest of us. lol “Your guts are our guts” (to Lame?) Anyways It is a work in

Founded in 1994 as a home delivery service, Nature’s Best Market remains dedicated to quality products and service from a friendly staff.

We believe that sustainable agriculture is extremely important in our relationship with our environment. We obtain products locally and from all over the world.

We feel that business, like people, should assume some responsibility for our environment. Therefore we recycle all paper, cardboard and plastic. We also offer biodegradable/compostable shopping bags and biodegradable/compostable take-out containers in our solar powered juice bar/deli.

Nature’s Best supports community events as well as national organizations such as the David Suzuki Foundation.

Growing crops in healthy soil results in food products that offer healthy nutrients. There is mounting evidence that organically grown fruits, vegetables and grains offer more of some nutrients, including vitamin C, iron, magnesium and phosphorus and less exposure to nitrates and pesticide residues than their counterparts grown using synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.

Cafe Drip

Cafe Drip’s menu is designed around satisfying simplicity. One of our very favourite things is food. Specifically, food that is healthy, delicious, and fast. Adventures abroad have inspired a homecoming for food that fuels, energizes, and leaves us feeling great for the rest of our day; but also food that, if our hectic schedules allow, encourages us to sit down and spend time with friends over a meal. As the city shifts with the culture, Drip offers a fresh new space (and food to match), for everyone looking to try something new.

We should be able to eat food that fuels our body and indulges our tastebuds – food that satisfies both our hunger and desire for flavour. At Drip, we believe healthy and fresh tastes best. Our goal is to use high quality, fresh and local ingredients and products to create delicious on-the-go meals available to people with on-the-go lifestyles.
