The Capitol welcomes reservations while recognizing our valued, neighborhood regulars. For that reason, we will always keep space available for our walk in guests as well as having a full bar that is open seating and serves the full menu.

CAPITOL SOBA BOWL- Spiced house Dashi poured over hot soba noodles with portobello mushrooms, roasted pork shoulder and green onions $6 LF

VEAL SALTIMBOCCA- Flame-kissed veal with a sauté of sun-dried olives, roma tomatoes, sesame basil pesto, and topped with a prosciutto crisp $11 GF

DUCK CREPES- Seared duck breast on a spinach crepe with beets, cucumber, carrot and chives, then finished in a sour cherry red wine reduction $10

PORK BELLY- Corn pudding topped with crisp pork belly with an anise maple syrup $7

CHICKEN FRICASSEE- Sautéed chicken, carrot, parsnips, yellow onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes topped with a fresh herb dumpling $9

TORTILLA ESPANOLA- Spanish tortilla consisting of eggs, potato and garlic topped with a chive aioli and chopped fresh chilis $7 GF

COD CAKES- Crisp cod and Pancetta cakes with a house remoulade sauce $8

PORK RIBS- Grilled pork side ribs finished in a Chimmi Churri sauce $8.5 GF LF

PAELLA- Steamed shrimp, squid, cod and mussels, with saffron rice topped with a roasted chicken leg $9 GF LF

OYSTERS- Ask your server for our daily selection of fresh shucked oysters that we’ve paired with our pure guava hot sauce, cucumber ginger mignonette, coarse salt and freshly grated horseradish $Market price GF LF

SHOGA-JOYU TUNA- Yellowfin tuna, sticky rice, shaved cucumber and shoga-joyu citrus sauce topped with fresh sprouts $10 LF

CHARCUTERIE/CHEESE BOARD-  Daily cheese selection, daily charcuterie selection accompanied by roasted nuts and house condiments. Ask your server for details. $18

ROMA TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA- Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil with a herbed olive oil and white balsamic syrup $10 GF V

SALMON- Salmon with an array of sprouts, arugula and crisp capers finished with Spanish onion aioli and olive oil $10

BASIL TOSS- A mixture of arugula, spinach, red chard, kale, sprouts tossed with white wine pecans, carrot, chives and beets in a basil vinaigrette $8

PEPINO PEMELO- Cucumber, spinach, grapefruit, arugula, radish, cilantro and red onion with a citrus ginger mint dressing then topped with candied ginger $10

Between the Buns

LOBSTER ROLL- Langoustine lobster, fresh spinach in a creamy sun-dried tomato and herb béchamel sauce topped with Fruilano and old white cheddar cheese served on our house-made artisan roll $12

EMMA ARTICHOKE CIABATTA- Grilled artichokes, roma tomatoes, red chard, onion, carrot, mushrooms, zucchini with basil pesto aioli served on our house made ciabatta bun $10 V

BEEF TENDERLOIN- Dijon marinated tenderloin, roma tomatoes, red onions, fresh horseradish, pea shoots with an aged cheddar cheese crisp and arugula pesto aioli served on our house-made artisan roll $10

MONTE CRISTO- House-brined pork shoulder and turkey, thinly sliced, between our Capitol french toast, served with sunny side quail eggs, roasted garlic goat chèvre, shaved Muenster, and graced with maple dijon $11



SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE POT- Rich Chocolate and Dulce de Leche mousse topped with an almond crisp and Himalayan pink salt $6 V GF*
