About
From the owner:
“We are currently working on offering gluten free bread, crêpes and French toast. These new options will be available in store later this year but unfortunately we can not give you a fixed date.
In the meantime, here are a few meals that do not contain gluten as an ingredient. However, we must advise you that all our griddles are at some point in contact with gluten, therefore, cross-contamination will occur.”
v Samira Wake-up
v Yogurt Crunch (no granola mix)
v Fruit magic with yogurt
v Cora special (no crepe, no sausage)
v Peggy’s poach (no bread)
v All omelettes, except the 10 star (no bread)
v Eggs & bacon or Eggs & ham (no bread)
v Theo or Western skillet (no bread)
v Lunch salads (offered weekdays between 11 am and 3 pm)
v Contrary to common belief, our home fries do not contain gluten as an ingredient but they are cooked on the same surface as the sausages that do contain gluten.
All locations have access to an Ingredient list, so if in doubt, you can ask the server or the manager to look it up and even request to read the ingredients yourself.
Some locations have chosen to offer gluten free bread, but you’d have to call the location closest to you to find out. Please be advised that we do not have a toaster reserved to that effect (some locations will toast it in the salamander).
