Our Mission:
Kneaded is Regina’s first dedicated gluten free facility that offers a wide variety of baking that your whole family will enjoy. We take pride in only using high quality ingredients that are evident in the incredible taste and texture. You never have to worry about us using nasty preservatives, shortening or mixes, also our signature flour is not genetically modified. We use organic ingredients in our baking when possible.
Our proprietary flour blend is available for sale for home baking; most recipes can be substituted cup for cup.
We serve locally roasted coffee, espresso, lattes and fresh Panini’s to order.
