Subway
First, be aware of the few Subway meats that have gluten (see below) and avoid those. Second, tell your sandwich artist that you have a condition where you can’t have gluten (or Celiac disease if they know what it it). Order a chopped salad ask them to use clean utensils, or ask them to put your meat and vegetables in the salad whole. Add some Lay’s chips for a side.
I’m just going to be honest on this one…Subway is known for Sandwich’s, I’ve never eaten at one, because I’m so sensitive. If you have, please comment because I am too scared of the cross contamination.
